Pork Bolognese with Zoodles
Love you some pasta? Here is a sneaky nutritious alternative that leaves you feeling not only satisfied but the kids won’t even notice that you’re sneaking in extra veggies. #WINNING

INGREDIENTS:
- 500g pork & beef mince
- 2 cans Roma tomatoes
- 1 brown onion
- 1 tsp to garlic or to taste
- 1 tbs Gevity Rx Natural Bone Broth Body Glue
- ½ cup tomato passata /puree
- 3 tbs tomato paste
- 3 tbs gluten free Worcestershire Sauce
- Himalayan Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh or dried herbs of your choice
- 2 zucchini
- Olive oil
METHOD:
BOLOGNESE
- Fry onion and garlic until translucent, add mince, season with salt and pepper and cook through
- Mix the tbs of broth in a little water, add to pan with the whole Roma tomatoes.
- Cook for a couple of minutes, till the tomatoes, begin to breakdown
- Add tomato passata/puree, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and allow to simmer for approx 8-10 mins
- Serve on a bed of zoodles with herbs of your choice
ZOODLES
- After washing your zucchini and trimming the ends, simply peel the zucchini lengthwise into very thin strips
- Toss in a little olive oil and garlic
NOTES / TIPS:
- (If you don’t have a Zoodle Maker you can easily make Zoodle ribbons using just your regular potato peeler)
- Can use any mince of your choice
