Coconut Turmeric Rice

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups brown or basmati rice
- 3 cups water
- 3 tbsp Gevity Rx Natural Bone Broth Body Glue
- 400ml coconut cream
- 2-3 tbsp turmeric ground
- Sea salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp butter, ghee or coconut oil
- 1/2 brown onion - diced
- 1 garlic clove - minced
METHOD:
- Melt the butter in a saucepan on a low to medium heat
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent
- Stir through the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil
- Once boiled, cover and reduce to a simmer for 15-17 minutes
