Chocolate Avocado Mousse
This rich chocolatey goodness is full of essential fatty acids, antioxidants, and probiotics, plus it has the added benefit of gut-healing bone broth. Better yet, it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 small soft avocado
- 2 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 heaped tsp cacao
- 1 heaped tsp carob
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Gevity Rx Natural Bone Broth Body Glue™
TOPPINGS:
- Warmed berries
- Fresh Peach
- Flaked almonds
- Flaxseeds
- Hemp seeds
- Goji berries
- Coconut
- Cacao Nibs
METHOD:
- Mash the avocado in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly until there are no clumps and it is evenly combined - Use a blender if you like.
- Add toppings of your choice.
Tip: You can use other toppings like fresh fruit, greek yoghurt, nut butter, hemp seeds, goji berries, Inca berries, other dried fruit, seeds, nuts, or coconut flakes.
