Lemon & Pistachio Broth Butter
This is one of my favourite recipes ever! Simple, genius and absolutely delicious - add it to everything!!

INGREDIENTS:
- 250g grass fed butter
- 2 tsp Gevity Rx Natural Bone Broth Body Glue
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 100ml chopped up pistachios
- Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD:
- Melt butter in microwave or saucepan
- Grate zest of lemon & cut lemon in half
- Add zest and juice to butter
- Chop up pistachios & add to butter, stirring well
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Place in fridge for 15 minutes to harden
- Remove from fridge, spoon onto baking paper, then roll to wrap
- Store in freezer
NOTES / TIPS:
- Take butter out 5 minutes before cutting it up with a hot knife (pour hot water on knife)
- Perfect for meat and fish dishes, simply place on top of hot protein
- Great for vegetable foil packs
- Use Lemon & Herb Broth for a herby variation
