GET BACK TO BASICS WITH THIS DELICIOUS GUT HEALING SPAG BOL. THIS IS THE PERFECT PROTEIN BASE TO PAIR WITH ZOODLES, CAULIFLOWER RICE OR GF PASTA.

INGREDIENTS:
- 500 grams organic free-range Pork Mince
- 500 grams organic free-range Veal Mince
- 1 large onion
- 2 medium sized zucchini
- 2 medium sized carrots
- Italian mixed herbs
- Salt & pepper
- Gluten-free worcestershire sauce
- Salt reduced tomato paste
- 1 clove of garlic or paste
- 6-8 teaspoons of Gevity Rx Natural Bone Broth Body Glue
- Water
METHOD:
- Finely chop the vegetables in a food processor
- In a large pan, heat up oil and pan-fry vegetables until onions are translucent and vegetables start to soften
- Add mince meat and pan fry until browned off
- Add a heaped tablespoon of salt reduced tomato paste, along with a splash of Worcestershire sauce
- Pour enough broth over the meat and vegetables, until it’s all covered and then season
- Once it comes to the boil, slowly put on a simmer and stir intermittently until it begins to reduce
- Until you use up all the stock, keep reducing meat and sauce down
NOTES / TIPS:
- If you need to thicken up the sauce, use a little tapioca flour
- Serve on zoodles, rice, mash potatoes or gluten-free pasta
- Freeze in smaller portions for easy dinners
